Nguyen Coffee Supply Reviews

I gave Nguyen Coffee Supply a try because I was hoping to get something close to the coffee I had in Vietnam. The coffee is good, and since it uses robusta, the flavor is definitely strong. But because the small cafe coffee there has its own style, this didn’t feel exactly the same to me. Still, I enjoyed it overall, and the shipping was fine.

I really did try to like this coffee, but wow, it is definitely not messing around. It’s way too strong and bitter for my taste, and even after adjusting the amount, it still wasn’t something I could finish. I’m sure some people love feeling personally attacked by their coffee, but unfortunately, I’m not one of them

The coffee definitely had a bold flavor, which I was into at first. Then after a few sips, it started tasting a bit more bitter than I usually like. Not a huge deal, I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but it’s probably not the roast I’d reach for again. I’d try a different one next time.

I really tried messing with the grind size and brew time but it still came out kinda muddy tasting... not awful, just not what I was hoping for

I signed up for the subscription thinking it would be a simple, set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing, but quickly my gut said this was going to be more annoying than convenient.

Trying to change things or cancel wasn’t as straightforward as I expected, and I felt like I had to poke around way too much just to figure out basic stuff. The shipment timing also felt a little off to me, like it didn’t quite match how I actually go through coffee.
The coffee itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the whole subscription setup just left me with a bad feeling. I probably wouldn’t sign up again.

My package showed up late, and the tracking barely told me anything useful. I kept checking for updates, but it felt like I was just getting the same automated nonsense over and over instead of any real information. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

I was disappointed. For the price, I expected a lot more, and it ended up feeling like one of those purchases that just adds unexpected stress instead of solving anything. It’s not terrible, but I really don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging

I liked the whole idea of the site, and the coffee I tried was good. I just felt like there weren’t a ton of choices when I was browsing. Could be bad timing and maybe I checked when they were low on stock or between new drops, but I was hoping to see more flavors or roast options. Not a bad experience at all, just wish there was more to look through. I’d give it 3 stars for now.

I ordered it thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but yeah, it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept thinking it was maybe just that thing where tracking is behind, but nope.

The tracking barely moved for days, so I had to keep checking it myself, which got old fast. I really needed the coffee that week, so the whole situation was just frustrating.

Once it finally arrived, the product itself was fine, so no issue there. But the shipping took so long that it kind of ruined the experience, and I probably wouldn’t order again if it’s going to be like this.

I’ve been happy with the roast quality so far. It’s been steady from bag to bag for the most part, though one bag did seem a little darker than I was expecting. Maybe that’s just normal variation? Overall, still a solid experience.

I was hoping to get a clear idea of where everything comes from, but the sourcing info just felt kind of vague. It left me thinking, why does this have to be so complicated? I’m not totally convinced yet.

The coffee itself was okay, but the bag and box arrived banged up. The seal also looked a little loose, which isn’t exactly what you want with coffee. I mean, for the price, you’d think it would be packed well enough to survive shipping.

I can’t get behind making up a negative review!!! Reviews should come from real experiences, good or bad!!! If something actually happened, share it, but don’t fake it just to bring someone down!!!

I was ready to place an order because the coffee looks really good, but the website made the whole thing kind of annoying. Pages were loading slowly, and I kept having to just sit there and wait like I had all the patience in the world. The checkout process also wasn’t super clear, so I had to pause and figure out what was going on more than once. I’d still be interested in trying the coffee, but the site definitely needs some work.

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work with the way I usually drink my coffee. I’m someone who adds condensed milk or a sweet creamer, and even with that, the flavor still came through a bit too bitter and heavy for me.
Shipping was totally fine, and the bag looked nice, so no complaints there. It’s just not a great fit for my usual sweet coffee routine. I’d guess it might be better for someone who drinks their coffee black or doesn’t like it too sweet.

The grind was okay overall, but I did notice some uneven bits here and there. To be fair, it still got the job done, just not as consistently as I was hoping...

I was really looking forward to this coffee, but the smell was off. It had this weird stale aroma and didn’t seem fresh at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected, and I couldn’t really enjoy making it in the morning.
